Hero Stategy Writing Bug: Razor

I went to try and write a strategy about Razor, the Lightning Rev, and he was not an available hero. I looked to see if something like this had happened before and it has, but the suggested fix was to use a different internet program. So, I have used both firefox and IE and it is still not there. thx
