Story
He is the hunter of hunters... He kills all who opposess him. When he thought his powers and his strength was weakening he decided to join the scrouge and show everyone his true strength.

Stats

Primary: STR
Str: 19 + 2.8 | Agi: 17 + 1.7 | Int: 15 + 1.7
Damage: 46 – 52 | HP: 511 | Mana: 195
HP Regen: 0.82 | Mana Regen: 0.61
Attack Speed: 1.61 | Armor: 3

Skills
Hunter Hunted - Tigarex kills all the hunters who tries to kill him showing no mercy.
1. - Base damage and additional damage goes up by 2% for 5 seconds.
2. - Base damage and additional damage goes up by 4% for 7 seconds.
3 - Base damage and additional damage goes up by 8% for 9 seconds.
4.Base damage and additional damage goes up by by 10% for 11 seconds.
Manacost:140/130/120/120
Cooldown:20

Roar - Tigarex lets out a mighty roar frightening all around him.
1. - Roar deals 50 damage to every unit in 300AoE in front of Tigarex and adds 1sec stun.
2. - Roar deals 80 damage to every unit in 350AoE in front of Tigarex and adds 1.7sec stun.
3. - Roar deals 140 damage to every unit in 400AoE in front of Tigarex and adds 2.5sec stun.
4. - Roar deals 200 damage to every unit in 450AoE in front of Tigarex and adds 3sec stun.
Manacost:190/170/150/140
Cooldown:13

Cripple - When Tigarex hits a unit, he puts so much power into the hit that the unit gets crippled.(Stacks 8 times)
1. - Each time Tigarex hits a unit, the unit that got hit loses 1% of movement speed and atck speed.
2. - Each time Tigarex hits a unit, the unit that got hit loses 2% of movement speed and atck speed.
3. - Each time Tigarex hits a unit, the unit that got hit loses 3% of movement speed and atck speed.
4. - Each time Tigarex hits a unit, the unit that got hit loses 4% of movement speed and atck speed.
Manacost:N/A
Cooldown:N/A

Rage - When Tigarex starts losing or is dying, he goes into a crazy rage giving him extra boosts and buffs.
1. - Tigarex gains 40 MS, 5% atck speed, and extra 20 damage for 15 seconds.
2. - Tigarex gains 50 MS, 7% atck speed, and extra 30 damage for 18 seconds.
3. - Tigarex gains 60 MS, 9% atck speed, and extra 40 damage for 20 seconds.
Manacost:150/170/200
Cooldown:40

just a question, how is he an ELDER DRAGON?

urm, ulti basicly a free sacred relic?
so if he is attacked, he will gain 60 attack and dominate.

still very interested but needs a little more work.

maby give the explination apart from he kills, and kills some more.

and "hunter hunted" could do with a bit more attack speed instead of 10% maximum maby 17% faster, i know its 7% but makes it better =s

just a suggestion btw. not being insulting

Don't kid me. Roar is overpowered. Unless it has a casting time. and 450 range? An AoE stun isn't something to be messed with. and 3 secs is no joke.

Even though roar is overpowered.. the other skills are too weak.. so do you think this hero is balanced?

how does his skills match him, like 30 other heroes cna have the exact skill set and match it "perfectly"

3 sec AoE stun is insane...evne without that damage
