Skadi orb effect now for ranged?(as of v6.49)

I have a question: as of v6.49, is th Eye of Skadi now an orb effect for ranged heroes, i.ie it wont stack with other orbs such as satanic? reply please!

No change was made to the Eye of Skadi in version 6.49 and 6.49b, it still remains the same as it was in previous versions. For more details on how the Frost orb of EoS stacks with other orb effects, please consult the link below, in my signature.
