anyways... IMO its rikimaru and spiritbreaker...its almost like their core item

No I think, Rexxar really needs S&Y. His hero killing technique is hit a couple times/axes, ult and hit a few more and then finnish with axes. His eagle and hog thing should also attack the enemy for slow. Although you can get some hero kills like this, if you have S&Y it will give you the extra MS and AS to attack the hero a couple more times for the kill. The chance to maim is also great.

It's just my opinion because when I play him I usualy find a hero to kill and go through all the steps, 50% of the time i just can't get the finnishing hit to bring him bellow 360 for axes. Instead of the kill I get a "LOL ROFL 13hp n00bsouce can't even finnish his kill"

Its best for agi hunters(Bounty hunter, ricky...). They make full use of eveything SnY has to offer.
the strgth, the agi, the damage, the as, ms, and maim

on the other hand, strth heros dont benefit so much from the increased agi, and they are able to save up money for better items.
