Kodi - The Halfbreed

Kodi was son of Balto the wolf and Jenna the dog. They lived happily together in Nime. Kodi replaced his father's place as a leader of sled who has been retired. While he delivered mail to Northrend, his hometown destroyed by the scourge, killing his parent. Maddened, he joined sentinel and promise that he will take revenge.

Model : Bigger wolf with red color.

Ms : 310
STR : 19 + 2.2
AGI : 22 + 2.6 (primary)
INT : 15 + 1.4
Hp : 511
Mana : 195
Damage : 42-49
Armor : 4
Attack cooldown : 1.35
Hp regen : 0.82
Mana regen : 0.61

SKILL

Vicious Bite

Kodi make a quick jump to his target and bite it for 3 second. The target can't attack him while bitten, the maimed for 3 second. 0.75 second casting time.
Level 1 - Deal 30 damage per second, 500 casting range.
Level 2 - Deal 50 damage per second, 600 casting range.
Level 3 - Deal 70 damage per second, 700 casting range.
Level 4 - Deal 90 damage per second, 800 casting range.
Manacost : 105/120/135/150 Cooldown : 20 second
Framework : Kodi jump to his target like leap then attack from behind.
Note : Good chasing skill but also suicidal because Kodi is vulnurable to other enemy attacks.

Sled Dog Power

With the might of sled dog, Kodi can tie enemy and pull it. When pulling, he can't act but his movement speed increase. His target still can act. 200 casting range.
Level 1 - Pull for 1 second and increase 10 ms.
Level 2 - Pull for 2 second and increase 15 ms.
Level 3 - Pull for 3 second and increase 20 ms.
Level 4 - Pull for 4 second and increase 25 ms.
Manacost : 100 Cooldown : 16 second.
Framework : The target is tied like shackle.
Note : A gankbang skill or bring enemy to the tower. Range heroes can attack him while pulled.

Wolfblood

Kodi has strong leg, so he can run faster and deal additional scratch to his enemy.
Level 1 - Add 3% ms and has 5% chance to deal 2 hit.
Level 2 - Add 5% ms and has 8% chance to deal 2 hit.
Level 3 - Add 7% ms and has 12% chance to deal 2 hit.
Level 4 - Add 9% ms and has 15% chance to deal 2 hit.
Manacost : N/A Cooldown : N/A
Framework : The double hit is look like critical hit standard wolf.
Note : Chase and dps skill.

The Halfbreed Howl

Kodi can howl in two form, as a dog or a wolf. At day, he howl as a dog, giving courage to his teammates. At night, he howl as a wolf, frighten his enemies wherever they are. Last 20 second.
Level 1 - Add or reduce 5% ms and 20 % attack speed.
Level 2 - Add or reduce 10% ms and 35 % attack speed.
Level 3 - Add or reduce 15% ms and 50 % attack speed.
Manacost : 125/175/225 Cooldown : 120/100/80 second
Framework : Like standard howl then they have footprint buff.
Note : Affect global area, good to help, chase, run away, or buff before team battle.

ITEM BUILDS
- Powertreads (str) (He has many agi already, so he need more hp for survivability).
- Vanguard (For protecting when biting or pulling).
- Sange and Yasha (Extra maim, attack speed, damage, and ms are very perfect on him).
- Cranium Basher (1 is enough to stop enemy).
- Butterfly (Must have for almost all agi heroes, include him).
- Any damage or aspd item (Believe me he is comfortable to use many items).

ALLIES AND ENEMIES
Good Allies :
- Disabler (Sled dog power + bite + disabler is killer combo).
- Dpser (Howl is good to dpser allies).
- Healer and armor buffer (Help protect him while biting or pulling).

Bad enemies :
- Dpser especially range (They can attack him when pulled).
- Nuker (Early game Kodi is so soft).

CONCLUSION
I made Kodi to fulfill my promise. ^^
He has a good role as chaser and team hero. His 1st and 2nd skill combo can kill early game with help of mighty tower. His 3rd skill make him very fast chaser and good dpser. I didn't made his ulti for personal use because it usually ended with imbaness.

You finally lost your mind and made kodi into a character eh? Well...at first glance he reminds me of Dark Seer...hes got that "I'm support but only if you have an imagination" feel to him. I like him so far, but will take a look again when I'm not so...shut up I'm not high...

Thanks for the comment. Umm, what the point he seem like ish'kafel? I think he is like banehallow (of course) with good accuracy of meat hook skill.
And what do mean by "I'm support if only you have imagination", explain please. Sorry, I'm a noob at english.

But the ulti affect global area, like global silence or brilliance aura.
It's weak in small battle, but in team battle it'll help a lot IMO.

1st skill ok
2nd skill buffed the ms increase a bit
3rd skill ok
ulti decrease and increase ms are ok but attack speed decrease and increase to little even it is a global

yeah i would increase the % of the speed reduction/increase other wise it doesnt seem like an ult at all... i mean attack speed is good increase as long as you make the ms a hell of alot higher
