Abaddon website bug plus correction for ult time

Hi, I'm just reporting that we are unable to post any more strategies on Abaddon, Lord of Avernus, since he does not appear in the menu of heroes that one may choose to create an Individual Hero Strategy.

Also, the cooldown for Borrowed Time (Abaddon's ultimate) is actually 45 seconds, not 60 seconds.

DS's hero and item databases aren't exactly up-to-date. Refer to dota-allstars for some of the heroes' details. You can't write strategies for heroes with existing 5-star strategies.
