Gives:
13 Int
4 Str
Soul Steal: Passive. 15% chance to deal 50 bonus damage, and restore HP equal to half the total damage dealt.

Requires:
Mask of Death (900)
Staff of Wizadry (1000)
Saracism Recipe (500)

UPDATES:
changed name from Soul Staff to Saracism

haha. i like the item but the name needs some creativity. Wink

try something like "Cytolysin." that would be hot. or "Staff of Anergy"
yeah i like "Cytolysin."

anyway, the item is definatly something i would buy for my mage. its basically a Valdimir's Offering for int chars.
