a mystirious item that has been lost through the ages only to be discovered by skeeming gobins who used it to their own good but lost by thm after some time.

removes all negative buffs and increases mana and health regeneration by 300% for 15 seconds .three charges.
only works if below 20% mana and health

made with two void stones and hood of defiance
also needs scrollof borrowing staff.

you guys should stop trying to stomp on each other and help.

-Look, it's an interesting buff, but nobody would buy it. You're basically saying that you need to be playing badly to be able to use it. That's the bad part. You want to play well, so most people wouldn't go for this item. Except Terrorblade. He could buff himself and then swap life. Smile

Anyway, nice buff idea, but not good conditions.

i would think of its best situation as to "buff" up the charactors for extra staying poiwer to push ect.

its a good concept because there are lots of times in team battles when u drop below 20% and you cant turn around to help an ally or else you will die...the concept of this item would allow you to do that...

PS...why does everyone comment on your post but i have no one commenting my items......Jiten's arm and Spheres...
