deso would go well with team play and gank.
so heres my opinion

if team play.
go for deso.
if 1 vs 1 go for S n Y

I actually feel that in teamplay,
a SnY will do better. Slowing down enemies are great for the team.

And in a 1 v 1,
you need more DPS instead of chasing.

s&y hands down... more ms for chasing with 1st skill. aspd and slow inside the cogs. stats increase.
