Guise - The Wisght

Str: 16 + 2.1 | Agi: 19 + 2.6 | Int: 17 + 1.7
Damage: 39 - 79 | HP: 473 | Mana: 221
HP Regen: 0.76 | Mana Regen: 0.69
Attack Speed: 1.33 | Armor: 2

Mirage Cloak (R)
Summons a phantom image around the chosen, confusing targets, and causing them to suffer the wounds they may have inflicted. Lasts 6/7/8/9 seconds.

Rank 1 : Cuases 25% of attacks or spells made against target to not occur (no effect is created). For each attack or spell canceled, the producer of the attack or spell is deal 20 damage.
Rank 2 : Cuases 30% of attacks or spells made against target to not occur (no effect is created). For each attack or spell canceled, the producer of the attack or spell is deal 20 damage.
Rank 3 : Cuases 35% of attacks or spells made against target to not occur (no effect is created). For each attack or spell canceled, the producer of the attack or spell is deal 30 damage.
Rank 4 : Cuases 40% of attacks or spells made against target to not occur (no effect is created). For each attack or spell canceled, the producer of the attack or spell is deal 30 damage.

Mana Cost : 90/110/130/150
Cooldown : 30/28/27/25

The damage occurs after the spell has ended, so if someone attack you 20 times, and 8 of them were canceled, they are dealt 240 damage (at rank 4), damage is physical.


Ebon Curse (E)
Forces temporary blindness on yourself, makeing others suffer your same ailment, staggering them. Blind lasts 10 seconds, slow lasts 4.

Rank 1 : Blinds yourself and any enemy in a 600 AoE, causing attacks to miss 25% of the time. Also slows enemies by 15%.
Rank 2 : Blinds yourself and any enemy in a 600 AoE, causing attacks to miss 35% of the time. Also slows enemies by 20%.
Rank 3 : Blinds yourself and any enemy in a 600 AoE, causing attacks to miss 45% of the time. Also slows enemies by 25%.
Rank 4 : Blinds yourself and any enemy in a 600 AoE, causing attacks to miss 55% of the time. Also slows enemies by 30%.

Mana Cost : 110
Cooldown : 16

Basically, meant as a sacrifice skill, to disable most of incoming damage from your enemies, also a nice set up for next skill.


Reap Impurities
The impurities some may subject on Guise are more often than not queltched by his undying devotion.

Rank 1 : If your attacks were to miss or be blocked in any way, you instead deal 45% of the intended damage in a 350 AoE of where you targeted.
Rank 2 : If your attacks were to miss or be blocked in any way, you instead deal 55% of the intended damage in a 350 AoE of where you targeted.
Rank 3 : If your attacks were to miss or be blocked in any way, you instead deal 65% of the intended damage in a 350 AoE of where you targeted.
Rank 4 : If your attacks were to miss or be blocked in any way, you instead deal 75% of the intended damage in a 350 AoE of where you targeted.

Not only can you not actually miss or not deal damage, but it spreads it out, doesn't deal as much though, good combo if you want to do a lot of aoe damage with your blindness.

Wow. Of what you have so far, this is really really good. The second and third skills' synergy... just wow. I am waiting for this ultimate.
