Requirement
Blade mails x 2 1770 (each)
recipe 1000

attributes
40 damage
15 armor

passive skill: Thorns
60% of incoming physical damage is reflected back in magic attack.

This is pretty much a stronger blade mail so that we wouldn't be wasting our item slots for blade mails. but better to use this instead.

yes, an improved version of blade mail to counter the late game permastunners and DPS heroes

1 question: Does it reflect both melee and ranged attacks?

you say in magic attack so it means when enemies wear hood of defiance this will be reduced??

yep it only reflect melee and if enemy wear hood of defiance or use avatar it the damage would be reduced.
