AS : 0.24 | MS : 320 | Armor : 2

Skills :

Skill 1

Poison Arrows (R) (can be auto cast):
Fires a poison arrow at the enemy. slowing and damaging per second for 2 second. slow stacks with ulti.
lvl 1: slow 10%. 10dmg per second
lvl 2: slow 15%. 15dmg per second
lvl 3: slow 20%. 15dmg per second
lvl 4: slow 25%. 20dmg per second
mana cost : 20/20/20/20
cd : 4/3/2/0
Framework : like traxex frost arrows but green coloured and poison effects on the edge of the arrow

Skill 2

Concentration :
Xarxzon concentration gives chance for him to dodge attacks. while increasing the rate of attack also.
lvl 1 : 5% dodge. 5% AS
lvl 2 : 10% dodge. 15% AS
lvl 3 : 15% dodge. 25% AS
lvl 4 : 20% dodge. 30% AS
mana cost : NA
cd : NA

Skill 3

Accelerate :
Xarxzon accelerates. giving him bonus MS. last 10 seconds.

lvl 1 : 10% MS increased
lvl 2 : 15% MS increased
lvl 3 : 20% MS increased
lvl 4 : 30% MS increased
mana cost : 70/90/90/110
cd : 40/40/40/40

Skill 4

Dark Orchid Arrow (D) :
Xarxzon use his special poison arrow made by the rare dark orchid plant. slows MS badly. also give poison damage. the effect last 5 second.

lvl 1 : 30% slow. 50 dmg per sec.
lvl 2 : 45% slow. 60 dmg per sec.
lvl 3 : 60% slow. 70 dmg per sec. target cant cast spells.
mana cost : 100/125/175
cd : 70/60/50
Framework : fires a arrow with a purple colored poison. enchant slow effect on target but purple with purple color. poison damage is in red color numbers above the target.

Design : Im thinking like traxex look but as an human and its a guy. not a girl. same black hood. black arrow. no aura's.

ITEM BUILD :
- Power Treads
- Linkens
- S&Y
- Butterfly ( A MUST)!
- Lothar ( A MUST ALSO! for escaping from heroes!)
- either Cuirass for defense or Buriza for bigger attack! u can also use Orchid for extra mana regen and extra silence.^^

KILLING TACTICS :
well this hero doesnt need much thing to do. just auto cast ur poison arrow. like viper. use ulti for opening. then give the target auto cast poison arrows. u will kill it easily! ^^

good things about this hero :
*good pawner (u can do 1st blood easily! of course. need mana..)
*good at harassing (u can harass by using just 20mana each attack)
bad things about this hero :
*bad HP (u must buy lothar for run in case ur dying)
*bad Mana (this hero cannot do anything without mana. thats why. buy orchid!)

btw. this is the 1st time for me to make heroes with my own idea. i always want to use hero like this. hehe.. please give suggestion or coment to my ideas. thx!^^

1st: like viper's autocast

2nd: concentration is a bit cheap... because thats 20% dodge... and not to mention 30% asp +, pretty much a hand of midas

3rd: accelerate doesnt seem to match the hero theme, like 10+ heros can have the exact same skill, and it could fit their themes

ulti: aka viperstrike, nothing original

OVERALL: xarxzon is just a drow with poison and more slow. theres not much synergy. i mean with all that slow, do they even stack?, if it does, way to cheap, if it doesnt, then theres not need for any other "slow" skills.

its skill/item build is just like drows (pure offense and no escape moves)

just wondering, why s&y? that ruins the point of poison arrows (orb effect)
