cloaking device

Cloaking Device
An ancient artifact from ages past, the knowledge of how to sustain the activity of this technology is long gone but it has been observed that bursts of mana can temporarily activate it.

requires:
Hood of Defiance - 2350
Lothars Edge - 4050

TOTAL - 6400

gives:
+25 Damage
+25 Agility
+30% spell reduction
+10 hp regen
+5 armor

Passive - Cloak
whenever the wearer is effected by a spell the cloaking device device will activate rendering the wearer invisible for 5 seconds

9 second cooldown.

naturally some spells will not activate this, furions sprout, electric rave etc, will not set off the cloaking device.

what happens if you have linken? the spell is blocked and the wearer will be invisible?

you will have to wait for the enemy to cast spell before you can be invisible. why not the cloak skill be passive, and active. you can click the item to be invisible, inherits lothar's wind walk.

the 9 seconds cooldown is pretty short.

linkens will block the spell and you will be invisible
the short cooldown is because they need to be hitting you with spells for it to be active, thus making it more situational than a lothars on its own, it is also more useful as it will activate when you need it, however it stops being an initiator item.

what happends during multicast? do you avoid any further stuns after the first one or is multicast an own spell for itself?

multicast owns itself pretty much.
hit with the slow first and abuse the slow then as soon as invis breaks smask with stun.
