Bug with Kael's Ghost Walk
Posted: Mon Mar 03, 2008 9:05 pmSo I'm running away from Tinker and I use Ghost Walk. I turn invisible a second before Tinker hits me with Heat Seeking Missiles. According to the description, Heat Seeking Missiles "fires a rocket at the nearest visible enemy hero", the keyword being 'visible'.
BUT...
I got hit and owned lol
So is this a bug or what?

No, when he cast Seeking missiles they were prob locked on to you and your invisible animation didnt trigger yet (possibly down to the miliaseconds)

I was invisible before any animation for the missiles though. You guys could be right but even the Tinker said it was a bug lol. Anyone want to test this out with someone to get the answer?

I was like a step away from reaching the tower near throne lol. I was scourge and the other team didnt have SB or Gondar. No one had wards or gem. Only explanation is either I didn't fully become invisible or it's a bug.
Hopefully it's not a bug or else there will be more problems in Dota lol.

It could be simply, that there are just too many bugs with Invoker, and IceFrog haven't got around to all of them yet.
