Lord Falcao was once a great elementalist working for the Lorderon department of elements.Then one day one of his spells went horribly wrong and was transformed to an evil dark elementalist.Not only did the accident turn him evil,it also amplified his skills.Now he wonders why he took commands and is out not only to prove himself as the strongest,but to annihilate anyone who stands in his way.

Lvl 1:deals 120 damage and does 10 fire and poison damage per second last 2 seconds
Lvl 2:deals 180 damage and does 15 fire and poison damage per second.Last 2 seconds
Lvl 3:deals 250 damage and does 20 fire and poison damage per second.Last 2 seconds
Lvl 4:deals 300 damage and does 25 fire and poison damage per second.Last 2 seconds

Darkplague(p)
Plagues and area with dark energies.Increases movement speed and attack speed of nearby allies.800 aoe.
Lvl 1:increases attack speed and movement speed by 10%
Lvl 2:increases attack speed and movement speed by 15%
Lvl 3:increases attack speed and movement speed by 20%
Lvl 4:increases attack speed and movement speed by 25%

force of lightning
Lightning bolts strikes down on random enemies.dealing damage in a targeted area.Last 4 seconds
Lvl 1:deals 40 damage.aoe of 300
Lvl 2:deals 60 damage.aoe of 400
Lvl 3:deals 80 damage.aoe of 500
Lvl 4:deals 100 damage,aoe of 600
manacost 100/130/160/180
cooldown:20

Darkblast
Summons dark elements to damage a single enemy.Also slows an enemy
Lvl 1:deals 350 damage and slows by 20% as and ms
Lvl 2:deals 500 damage and slows by 40% as and ms
Lvl 3:deals 620 damage and slows by 60% as and ms
manacost 220/300/390
cooldown;120 seconds

third skill last 4 seconds of random number of lightning bolts
fourth skill slows for 4 seconds

first skill is okay.. but i need to ask.. is it 25 fire and 25 poison? or just 25 damage?

2nd skill is fine.. nothing much no comment on.. but i would suggest increasing the attack speed and reducing the movement speed

3rd skill is weird...lasts 4 seconds? what lasts 4 seconds? you mean 100 damage per second? or what? and also how much cooldown does it have? this skill is very unclear.. please clarify

ultimate is like i straight forward damage spell.. much like that of lion's or lina's.. but it has a slow.. now question... how long does the slow last? and does the slow reduce attack speed too?

overall... quite a conventional hero... something more original would be highly appreciated =D btw, no offense of any sort is intended... these are just my thoughts..

EDIT: oh gosh.. i just realized you submitted this hero 3 times...do know that there is such a thing called post editing =D hope you use it next time =D

Explain first and third skills more clearly and put a duration on the ultimate's slow.
Do not triple post. There is an edit function. It is a button with scissors cutting paper and it says 'Edit' next to it, and is found at the bottom of all posts you make.
