I think similar threads exists...

FV:

PowerTread (str) Bracers Mask of Madness Butterfly (he needs slightly more str now as he has 1.4 str gain now)

Doom Bringer:

Tank/Farm:
BoT + Preserverance + Heart + Assault

Killer
Bot / PT , Skadi/SnY or dagon.

i also see sometimes an int type luci which has aghanims and refresher ...but i don't recommend it^^

scepter and refreshers are totally useful on lucifer.
and i recommend it.

as on tournaments .. most teams acquire FV as he becomes the starter and becomes very imba late game.

this however, is easily countered with Lucifer.

1 Doom = FV goes back to base.

why?

if Fv is Doomed. he's got no backtrack , no timewalk , no chrono , no bash. (i dont know if he can lifesteal too with MoM.)

well, if he can . lifestealing on neutrals won't do much and he would probably die with 2280 damage of DOOM.
he's got lower HP now.
pitifull damage early game and mid game.

so the 4 skills he relies most are gone. (TW,Bash,Backtrack,Chrono.)

and what's better?

if you got refresher on Doom. you can disable another hero for 22 sec i think? xD


*ofcourse Doom will not show himself on map until FV is on sight.

Dagger is a must too.
to instantly appear and throw 2 Doom.(*only with Refresher.)

well, nobody suggested 2x basher on FV, i personally think even 1 is quite redundant until very late games.

yes it is veru redundant.

me myself don't acquire 1 basher xD LOL.

his skill is enough to permabash.

Attack-Speed is the answer to FV's permabashing.

MoM and Butterfly + Treads are all he needs to permabash.

damage items are acquired after those 3 are obtained.

Faceless:2 wraith bands,treads,MoM,butterfly,basher

I suggest a tank Lucy on tournaments.. But an int type Lucy is good!, (I always use Doombringer as an int type..), hEhE!,

As for FV, Butterfly, MoM, Buriza, Power Treads (agi / str),

1 basher is quite acceptable to compliment his bashing abilities..why would you not get an item that is MADE to be on your hero? just because everyone will think you are a noob and that you have no skills other than to click and own?
Tell them to shut their trap and proceed to get beyond godlike..
in the end, its the results
not your tactic

Agree totally but Dont quite understand this:

why would you not get an item that is MADE to be on your hero?

well, just makes me wonder, how do you define an item which is made to be on a hero.

Maybe like Hood of defiance on Magina? which isnt very helpful with the mana shield.
Or rushing Vlad + satanic on Sk? Not very good because you still need damage to leech more life and to make use of the Critical.

is that what u meant(items which have similar ability to the heroes ability? or?

What I meant was an item that was made to maximize the potential of a hero's 'natural' abilities..
Hood of Defiance on Magina, while I personally don't get it unless dire circumstances (eg.intel team) compliments Am's mana shield quite well (although stacks diminishingly), just like pudge..
Vlad+satanic is also not really recommended because that's just wasting valuable item slots with sk not having a very fast aspd..like you said.
more like a battlefury on Magnus or Sven to compliment their cleaving abilities..or getting a guinsoo to disable longer for Lion, Rhasta..
I think I meant it as a more offensive opinion than defensive, but if you won't get a basher for void just because you are afraid of getting called a noob, no skill 'haxor omfg alt qq', than would you get a basher for Rylai?? I'm just kinda tired of the fact that the item 'basher' is regarded as a taboo item that most people tend to avoid because the 'norm' is against being 'cheap'..but if lion, tinker gets guinsoo and perma disable you..they regard you as a 'god' and bow down and lick your boots..sad
