A forbidden weapon only to be used by immortals. After Alucard slayed Death, Death's Reaper was sent to be destroyed. The Chamber of secrets, is a place where forbidden and lost secrets are held. Alucard sent the item to the CoS. On its way to the CoS, the Death's Reaper's demonic aura attracted many demons. But among the demons was a human, the human sought the weapon and found how to use it. He shared his secrets and the weapon lost most of its power due to mortal use. To immortals is grants +1000dmg,-50armor to enemies, and 50% lifesteal, but the mortals they get very little

Orb effects do not stack
Demon Edge 2600
+36 dmg
Whatitgives
+100 dmg
-10 to enemy armor
1% AutoKill
Activate SoulReaper:
Raises Autokill %% to 5%
Manacost:250
Cooldown:10

I like your idea, and i know its a small insignificant detail, but i think the story should change a little bit:
"On its way to the Chamber of Secrets, it was lost."
The Chamber of secrets? Harry Potter?
But like i said, not important.
I like the idea of really high dmg, and really low armor combined. nice idea! HIGH FIIIVE!!!

The story is a little weird but nice.
Why is there 1% lifesteal? You should put Mask of Death in the recipe.
And make it 5%. 1% is very, very low.

increase the lifesteal and make it an activatable skill that lasts for a limited time? probably that will be better

Will autokill work for heroes as well, or just for creeps?

Auto kill should be like the old drow, chance of killing creeps...too imba if allowed to autokill heroes, even if low chance...Lifesteal could be like Satanic, good lifesteal %(forgot how much), then icrease with activation of item...
