Description:
Legend said that this blade have power of tunders and that only the chosen one can have full power of the blade.

Gives:
+15 int.
+20 agi.
passive:
purge have 15% chance to activate and have 3 sec duration (melee)
feedback 20 Mana Burned per Attack to Heroes
active:
Can use Tunder Strike to hit one enemy unit dealing 150 damage with Mana cost: 80 and Cooldown: 30 sec

Requires:
Diffusal Blade
Blade of Alacrity
Staff of Wizardry

Final Price: 5000 gold

Purge is passive? nice... but the price is low.. because this item can do many things... what is the cooldown of thunder strike? put some cooldown..
