Dante is one of the twin sons of Sparda, a demonic knight who chose to side with humanity and drive back an invasion of the human world by demons 2000 years ago. After Sparda's death, Dante and his brother Vergil were raised by their human mother, Eva. When Dante and Vergil were still children, the family was attacked by demons, resulting in Eva's death. This event lead to Dante's commitment to hunting demons in pursuit of those that killed his mother.Dante is a mercenary who specializes in paranormal cases, preferring those that call for demon slaying. He has supernatural powers, as a result of his half-demon heritage.This gives him the ability to enter a temporary transformation.


Rebellion Strike (R)
Dante use his sword to cut enemies.
Level 1 - deals 100 damage to enemy and have 10% chance to teleport behind enemy and deal 50 damage with first next attack. 600 casting range.
Level 2 - deals 150 damage to enemy and have 10% chance to teleport behind enemy and deal 50 damage with first next attack. 700 casting range.
Level 3 - deals 200 damage to enemy and have 10% chance to teleport behind enemy and deal 100 damage with first next attack. 800 casting range.
Level 4 - deals 250 damage to enemy and have 10% chance to teleport behind enemy and deal 100 damage with first next attack. 900 casting range.
Mana Cost: 150/160/170/180
Cooldown: 30
Framework: Dante moves next to target and hit it. looks like nether strike without bash used twice.

Ebony and Ivory (E)
Dante use his guns and gain 500 rnage atack. his attack are minimum +bonus of his damage and have chance to cast a red lighting on single enemy. But he cant use Rebellion strike.
Level 1 - Red lighting have 5% chance to deal 50 damage
Level 2 - Red lighting have 10% chance to deal 50 damage
Level 3 - Red lighting have 15% chance to deal 50 damage
Level 4 - Red lighting have 20% chance to deal 50 damage
left click to activate or to deactivate. attacks deal minimum damage ( 48-55 attacks will be 48 ) plus bonus damage. left click to activate or to get back to melee attack
Mana Cost: 0
Cooldown: 0
Framework: looks like dwarven snipers standard attack. red lighting look like razors standard attack.

Blood of Sparda (B)
Dante have blood of demon in his veins that give him inhuman strength.
Level 1 - Gain 20 HP par hero level
Level 2 - Gain 40 HP par hero level
Level 3 - Gain 60 HP par hero level
Level 4 - Gain 80 HP par hero level
when is lvl 25 and skill lvl 4 you gain 2000 HP max
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: looks like red aura.

Devil Trigger (D)
This gives him the ability to transform. In this state, Dante possesses more speed, and further abilities with his equipped melee weapon, but he lose hp. 30 seconds wait for deactivation.
Level 1 - 40% AS and MS, 5% bonus chance to Rebellion Strike but lose 40Hp per second.
Level 2 - 50% AS and MS, 10% bonus chance to Rebellion Strike but lose 50Hp per second.
Level 3 - 60% AS and MS, 15% bonus chance to Rebellion Strike but lose 60Hp per second.
left click to transform and to get back to normal state. when you transform you need to wait 30 sec to get back to normal state (no mana need to get back to normal)
Mana Cost: 250
Cooldown: 30
Framework: looks like red Metamorphosis but attack can be melee and ranged. depends if you use Ebony and Ivory (ranged) or if you use melee weapon.

Discussion:

Dante - The Mercenary
Dante should look like Invoker but in red with white hair and big sword. when he use Ebony and Ivory his sword is on his back. when he is transform it is like Metamorphosis but it is red not black.

your first skill need some fixes:
It's an active skill that has 10% chances to trigger an effect, but it's cooldown is too long (30 sec). I think it'll be needed more luckiness to trigger it. SO you may lessen the cooldown or increase the chance but lessen the damage.

i think skill 2 is imba, since jahrakal can transform to melee from ranged unit with more damage, but when he is in his ranged form, he still has good base damage, not only 4. Increase it.

Changing attack form without mana and cooldown is imba. Fix it.

about your third skill..
2000 hp is too much. Remember centaur's ulti, only adds 36 str if i'm not mistaken. Fix it

i think the ulti is good, but 60 hp per sec is too much.

Anyway, nice idea

well...
1st: very original and nice
2nd: just like troll's attack swap
3rd: imba to the max, i would understand if it was an ulti, (still would be kinda cheap :P)
ulti: i think of it like a armlet of morrigan...


overall, if you make this idea into a TOTALLY different hero, i think i'd be nice. dont use an unoriginal character, aka dante from devil may cry, that will cause the idea to be instant-rejected
