Bloodstone, a heavily overlooked item?

In my opinion, bloodstone is possibly one of the best items for any heros, espcially int type heros. It's hp and mana boosts are just what int heros need, not to mention the regen to boot, and for serious nukers racking up kills, charges which = extra regen will come fast. And lets not forget the no gold/low death timer/ xp bonus in the area where you died either. My final thought on bloodstone is also that is uses two heavily abused items, so later in the game you can turn that soulbooster into a scepter or use the perservance in a linkens or battlefury. So with all these great benefits, why is it an item that rarely sees use in game?

I wouldn't say for every hero, not by a long shot. It is, however, very very good on certain heroes. there's an excellent guide on DA i'll post a like to in just a second.

Regardless of it not being for every hero, you still don't see it on alot of heros who could make good use of it.

Dazzle loves this item, cuz we always love returning faster.

Zeus would take this if he's doing well cuz he'd generally be getting the kills, so the charges he's getting would make him happy.

I use it very frequently on some heroes, but most people never got it when it first came out not too long ago, as it wasn't as good then as it now is. It's been buffed a couple times since then, but players already have it filed away under 'useless' so, they just don't get it. I think it's extremly good on some heroes.

i always get this with techies after my euls is done.....just cuz the mana regen is very nice and well, who dosent love the mana/life boost

soulbooster COULD be useful on any type of heo but for roughly 6k, there are BETTER items available, thats probably the main reason why you dont see it too often (ontop of peoples old views and conceptions that it sux)

I would say it is good for intel heroes.

Why?

Intel heroes get many kills early game and need something to buff them up and prepare them for late game when they are more vulnerable.

Bloodstone is the solution.
