Aelmar's Safegaurd

The bulwark of Aelmar the Vanquisher who died at Alonsus Chapel in Stratholme. The shield shines bright with a sparkling white light.

Requires:
Vangaurd- 2275
Netherezim Buckler- 877
Void Stone- 900
Auto-Assemble
Total: 4052

Stats:
+5 all stats
+250 HP
+125% mana regen/second
+4 HP regen/second
10% chance to block all damage from a spell and/or physical attack. (The blocking thing only blocks DMG, I.E. if you get hit by storm bolt and you block it you block the DMG storm bolt does BUT you still recieve the stun duration)

Active: Aelmar's Blessing
Cooldown:40 seconds Mana:75 Duration:20
Gives all nearby allies 5 bonus armor within a 700 AoE

Please give me advice & personal opinions on this item. Is it too powerful, too expensive, too cheap, etc, etc. Thank you

Remove the spell blocking part and leave the 'all damage from an attack'. Can't get old Dispersion for only 4k... 10% block all attack damage may as well be evasion though.

Well I was wondering about the blocking thing, when I was making this I was thinking of a defensive alternative of Battlefury. Like when I play ES I wanna play tank but I need that mana regen & I always buy Ring of Health for lane survivability.

I wanted to add Void's Backtrack for a upgraded verison of Vangaurd, If I get rid of the spell blocking I might as well make it evasion which seems kinda dull. Maybe I should add a recipe price (like around 1000-2000?) or lower the chance of blocking? Or maybe a small CD on the actual spell blocking, like 5 second CD then 10% chance of blocking a spell, blocking physical attcks wouldn't have a CD you just rely on pure luck then.
