story:The bandit lord jack was the leader all of the bandit in lodaeron(ps dunno spell it rite or not)he was the man behind all the crime happen but one day he was capture by the alliance and sentence to prison for life.After he is gone his clan started to against each other for who shall be the new leader but it turn out badly and the clan was dismiss.After 20 years later lock in the prison Lord Davion come ask Jack to come join the sentinel to destroy the scourge and the price is he will be free from this prison.Knowing he has no where to go he accepted Davion offer.Stealth,agi,cunning,alert and master of art of hiding was his talent and all should not look down the bandit lord.

Snatch and steal
:the bandit lord throw his spear damage his opponent and steal their money
:Deal the same damage to all unit,can't steal from other unit and ally hero except hero only to other unit it cause damage only,the money you steal base on how much your opponent have EX: ur opponent have 50 gold u have spear lv2 you would't get 75 gold but 50 gold so aim those who are rich!mana cost 100/125/150/175 cooldown 30sec
Lv1 dmg 75 Steal 15,lv2 Dmg 150 steal 30,lv3 Dmg 225 steal 45,Lv4 dmg 300 Steal 60
Alert(passive)
:Bandit lord got bad feeling and worry
:when bandit lord life is 40percent or lower this will automatic on or when all bandit lord dies(meaning left you alone it will automatic active)
Lv1 aoe500/lv2 aoe800/lv3 aoe 1000/lv4 aoe 1200
ulti:shadowmeld(passive)
:Bandit lord hide in the dark and lurking in darkness searching for prey
:bandit lord vanish at night(invinsible) and regen hp and mp last till morning if u don move or been damage and attack also use item
Lv1 regen mp and hp 2/5sec
Lv2 regen mp and hp 4/3sec
Lv3 regen mp and hp 6/1sec

Prolly nerf the initial STR. About 17 will do.

Building plan = nice. Like Spirit Bear's demolish.
Spear of money = pretty good. Change the name maybe?
Alert = what exactly does this do?
Bandit lord hide = needs a buff. Better yet, a remake. Go for a "cool" last skill.

It's pretty good. I highly recommend you redo the last skill to go with his hero type [bandit]

me got a bad feeling alert will never activate!
below 40 HP? that usually doesnt happen. maybe it should be below 200 HP or sumthin like that - whatever it is!

No my fren alert only activate when your life is 40percent of your h/p and its effect is let you see around you in diameter or aoe

Skills:
1. Activateable demolish. Invaluable in a blitzkrieg for the last lane tower and barracks. I think the cap should be around 1.25x more damage(instead of 1.45x more). Duration time should be around 20 seconds. Cooldown not specified(should be around 60 seconds). Raise the mana cost to around 150.

2. Generally, stealing money is bad business. You could instead get bonus gold for killing a unit with said skill, or being able to kill the target within a duration gets you bonus gold. deals 75/150/225/300 and gets you bonus 15/30/45/60 gold if target dies. Needs cooldown(30 seconds is good). Mana cost can be reduced to around 150 at lvl 4.

3. Boost sight when weak. Boring skill. Needs buffs or a remake.

4. Invisible at might with bonus regen. Also needs buffs or a remake.

Stats:
Stat gains are fine. HP=150+(19*19)=511, Mana=16*13=208. Base attack speed too high. Set at 1.55 or slower. Range is fine, MS is fine.

Flavor:
Well, bandit lord. Has bandit traits. Agile, cunning, stealth, money.

Overall: Skills need work. Will be an item-dependent hero, but has the means to buy the stuff. Make sure to get last hits at the tower as to not waste the skill.
