Premium member is going to be a new feature in DS, so wait for a couple of weeks (or maybe a month?) and it may be implemented soon. premium members you see now is just for testing (maybe)

No, not like that. Premium members are members who gave a donation to the site thus giving them some special privileges. Drew's still working on it.
