An artifact found from the treaded cold land of Northrend.
Gives:
+10 all stats
+65% chance to block 40 damage
+5hp/sec.
+5 armor
+30hp/sec. Immolation (500 Radius)
+freezing aura (20% movement and 25% attack speed reduction)

Requires :
-Ultimate Orb
-Vanguard (new recipe shop)
-Chain Mail

Total Price :6,000 gold

What. Does. The. Aura. DO?
What is "field damage"??? What AOE? Why is this a cross between Linken's and Shiva?

all and all it is not that bad for the price. 800 more than linken's and you dont the +5 stat to all bonus and the extra 50% mana regen and the IMBA 18 sec. cooldown that needs to change BTW. ( i use linkens almost every time i play anyways, way before this new version came out) you get 5 armor and 30 DPS and as long as the slow is 300 AoE and no more than 10-15% it is kind of balanced.
