Bristleback and damage taken/absorbed

If someone attacks BB from the back for 200 damage and his armor reduces that to 100 damage.. and his skill reduces that 60% further to 60 damage.. would vanguard then absorb that damage? so you basically take no damage whatsoever?

Or am I thinking about this wrong.

Ok so someone attacks him from behind doing 200 damage,
But his armour reduces the damage, and Also gives it a chance to block that damage, that has been reduced,
OR Somthing like that,

You will still take like.. 60 damage out of the 200...

u still take 200 dmg but some of it may be reduced, the 200 dmg taken will automatically do a quill spray

isnt it when bb recieves 200 damage from behind(LMAO) he will release a quill spray of 200 damage? i dont play bb alot so i wouldnt know.

Lets say his armor reduce 50% so the damage become 100, then bristleback reduce 40% so the damage will be 60.
If he has a vanguard that block 40 damage, so he will receive 20 damage only and won't do a quill spray.
What an imba pig....

what sigokil said is true except vanguard has 65% chance to reduce 35 damage, and if it occur then BB get 25 damage and because only 25 damage, BB need get 8x times attack to make auto-quill spray

It's actually

Damage Block -> Armor Reduction -> Bristleback

So it would be:
200 - 35 = 165
165 * 0.50 = 82.5
82.5 * 0.60 = 49.5

49.5 damage taken
