rosh jacking

is there any rules like in tournaments about ro0shan stealing b/c i love getting ww hero and if they rosh just stand there get last hit on rosh and take the aegis i did it today and one guy said he'll ban me for that QQ is it allowed to do it?

Dude, he's just tryin to scare you, he didn't ward roshan, and he knew there were windwalkin opponenets, and didnt even check his map, tell him to play pokemon lol, what a sore loser!

I agree with Bish, their fault for not preparing...
If my team wants to Rosh, I generally check the other side and if necessary, go 'no, BH will steal the aegis, get wards'...

No rule against it, and no reason to enforce one.

Before killing Roshan make sure that either: Roshan is warded or most/all enemies are dead. Good to do both to prevent super AoE combos from happening.
