Double Vanguard. .

-I try it on Mogul Khan and Huskar, . .but not always, . .

HoT . .

-goes well w/ Tankers of the team, . . (e.g. Treant, Centaur, Davion, ) but now ppol prefer satanic because it gives much more needed firepower,

Curiass . .

-Str heroes w/c benefits by adding Aspd, . (e.g. Barathrum, Davion, Levi, Sven etc.) and for those who needs more Aspd (e.g. Treant, Tiny etc)

regarding the topic, assault+heart seems to be the best option for tanking hero.. with a vanguard for early game

Definitely Heart.

Heart Gives +35 strength and +300 health. Heart of Tarrasque gives a total of 1000 Health I think.

Double Vanguard is also good though, specially for Axe or Huskar?
Gives a decent chance to block and pretty cheap.

Cuirass+Soul booster is not that common though. People don't usually end the game with a raw Soul Booster, they usually either sell it, upgrade it later to Aghanim's Scepter or BloodStone. It's a good combination though, gives attack speed and armor boost plus the extra health and mana that Soul gives.

Double Vanguard is not a good idea, 65% chance is good enough, and 2x Vanguard is already equal to Reaver + Vit Booster (means you only have 1.2k ago for a heart)

Remember, for high armored heroes go for HoT

For high hp go for AC

when -str hero comes to mind i think of centaur and knight dvaoin who both benefit from HoT massivly.

It depends on the hero, but generally, every strength hero will prefer a HoT rather than AC... And don't even consider double Vanguard...
Gives you damage, life, imba regen, anything a str hero would like...

For all str heroes, getting a heart is NEVER repeat NEVER wrong. It will benefit you in someway. Just like Bfly is good for all agi heroes. Perhapds not the best but it is never a waste. Just like heart.
