requires: Void Stone, 2x Circlet of Nobility
Recipe costs: 730 gold

120% mana reggen
5 to all attributes
Active: 100 mana cost

Throw a Flashbang at ur Enemies to cause them to miss 25% of their attacks for 5 seconds. The range is 500, AOE 200.
cooldown: 35 seconds

a must have in every group, as arcane ring and mekansm it will soon get a limit restriction Cool

The tooltip will hav a quotation which says:
"Hell yeah, this is even better then my skills, how could this be me who created this?", Razzil Darkbrew [/img]

you'd think this would be too ridiculous, but only 25% for only 5 seconds is not bad at all, and it's not useless either, plus the item itself is a must have early game, so yes, i like this a lot

Not bad.. but the chance to miss duration is only 5 seconds? make it 15 seconds or 20.. not bad item good for troll and good for early game..
