Does orb affect really matter?

THis is an example.... i choose troll. I get him sange and yasha,mask of madness. They work. I don't know how

maybe because
mask of madness will override your ult when activated after your rampage and vice versa...
and since s&y and MoM are both orb affects and lifesteal is the dominant orb, you will not get maim...

so instead of having 2 problems you have 3...
but 2 orb items that are not lifesteal will work depending on their placement on the item placement (eg. mael and Sange...if mael is on the top left hand corner of the item inventory you will get lightning but if sange is there, you will maim but not get the proc lightning)

you should search on the forums though..

WRONG
any lifesteal works with maim... maim is only a chance trigger... so you`ll have lifesteal, every hit except when the maim triggers...
and MoM on troll is stupid, doesn`t stack with his rampage[ASPD] only if you activate them one after another, that would be apropiate...
When you have lifeleech and maim, they stack, you will benefit from both orb effects

that's why there's a saying called 'orb affects do not stack' or 'orb items don't stack' or whatever...
I hear sooo many people saying ridiculous stuff like that but the fact is...THEY DON'T

EDIT: LOL at double post...not allowed btw use edit like mine...anyway I'm sure you must have been playing dota for 12 hours straight and you see maims, lightnings, mana breaks, lifesteals all happening at the same time.

EDIT EDIT: your table is slightly outdated now...was surprised to find the orb cast of Visage was GONE! omfg...no more orb walk T_T

Yes I have tried it because ages ago I used to believe on the trigger proc effect but since realised better.
The only affects that can chance pro are frost attack COUPLED with chain,feedback,or maim. Only the frost attack mate not lifesteal. Go read the table it's got more information than you
