Oolune - Wildkin of the Moon

Story:
The wildkins were the mortal guardians of the goddess Elune who were called in the the Sentinel in their time of need. Blessed by Elune with feral might and magic, Oolune, the wildkins' mightiest representative, can crush his enemies to dust as they hopelessly look into his searing eyes. They are left dead with nothing more to do.

STR hero, low starting mana, medium attack speed, 300 movespeed

Skills:
Moon screech[R]
-Oolune deals damage in an AoE of 300, silencing enemies in the process for 1.5 seconds.
Level 1: 100 damage
Level 2: 135 damage
Level 3: 170 damage
Level 4: 200 damage
Cooldown: 12,10,9,8
Manacost: 80,95,110,120
Details: Oolune's only silence spell.

Moon buff[Passive]
-The power of the moon increases Oolune's STR with each level. Only works at night.
Level 1: +7 STR
Level 2: +10 STR
Level 3: +15 STR
Level 4: +20 STR
Details: Much like a Balanar thing :P

Feral fury[Passive]
-As Oolune successfully damages a unit, it will leave a damage counter which that will deal damage per second as it also depreciates until it is gone. Stacks +5 damage to the counter per attack.
Level 1: 10 damage counter. -10 damage per second
Level 2: 15 damage counter. -10 damage per second
Level 3: 20 damage counter. -10 damage per second
Level 4: 25 damage counter. -10 damage per second
Details: Example, if Oolune has LEVEL 2 FERAL FURY and successfully damages a unit, the unit takes 10 damage for the first second, then 5+5 damage for the second(assuming he attacked that unit again), then after that the negative BUFF is gone.

Cry of the moon[C]
-Ooline lets out one mighty cry which will progressively slow down all enemies around him until they come to a sudden halt. 600 AoE.
Level 1: 60% initial slow. 10% progressive slow per 0.5 second
Level 2: 60% initial slow. 10% progressive slow per 0.75 seconds
Level 3: 60% initial slow. 10% progressive slow per 1 seconds
Cooldown: 70
Manacost: 250,265,280
Details: Enemies will be slowed for 50% for 1 second then the progressive slow will take place until they're slowed for 100% and then after that the negative BUFF will be gone.

good skills and descriptions for them, but your hero needs base stats and increases per lvl.

look at the hero guides for
formulas.. so you can properly define the stat built of your hero..

skills:
1st skill is weak. 200 damage for 120 mana? silence for 1.5 seconds? imagine Puck's skill deals more damage and silences for longer.

2nd skill is ok, but when i read his skills, he doesn't really benefit from extra strength.. unlike is u give extra STR to Warchief bcoz of double edge, or extra STR to Ursa for his ulti. Your STR plus skill is not needed for your hero.

3rd skill is, i don't know why you added that damage counter, since its not that high, i mean, must damage buff skills are pretty high - Magnus', Venge's, Drow's, Strygwyr's, Luna's, etc. Indicate how long the skill lasts, since it deals damage per second.

4th skill, ultimate slow. is ok. just increase the mana cost a bit.

PROS:
- great at night

CONS:
- dependent on Ulti for kills
- no skill synergies

is that a new item or supposed to be
kelen's dagger of escape?

ahm, and.. you did not indicate the stats and stat gain per level..

and your 1st skill is too weak for that huge manacost (120 mana for 200?)

and 2nd skill is alright for me, but for my opinion, it's very plain. added str? is that somekind of marksmanship?

ur 3rd skill? very original, but plz indicate how many seconds that thing will last.. (25 damage counter. -10 damage per second for how long?) and i think its a way bit too strong.. considering you have a massive slow, a plus to str, and a short silence.. i think its way too good to be true..

ur ultimate.. i could say this can be the greatest ultimate ever!!
