He was one of the best dwarmen soldiers. In one battle with scourge he was seriously wounded. Dwarmen doctors coudnt do nothig to save his body. Dwarmen doctors and human scientists saves his mind and put it in one of dwarmens androids and make him ultimane battle machine. He is now helping sentinels in battle with scourge to save his people of undead horde invasion.

Laser (A)
S.U.B.A. attack his enemy with laser from his head dealing damage and knockback enemy 100 distance.
Level 1 - deals 110 dmg and knockback 100 distance, 1 sec casting time
Level 2 - deals 160 dmg and knockback 100 distance, 1 sec casting time
Level 3 - deals 210 dmg and knockback 100 distance, 1 sec casting time
Level 4 - deals 260 dmg and knockback 100 distance, 1 sec casting time
Mana Cost: 100/120/140/160
Cooldown: 20
Framework: big blue laser hit the target unit

Last Ammunition (L)
When S.U.B.A. use spell his first next attack get bonus damage but he cant use another spell for 5 sec
Level 1 - get 15% bonus dmg with first attack
Level 2 - get 30% bonus dmg with first attack
Level 3 - get 45% bonus dmg with first attack
Level 4 - get 60% bonus dmg with first attack
his first attack deals skill lvl bonus dmg and next attacks deals dmg without that bonus
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: some yellow aura or somthing

Gatling Gun (G)
S.U.B.A. crate gatling gun for 30 seconds with 600 range for defence.
Level 1 - create gatling whit 50 hit points, 10-15 damage and 600 range . max 3 gatling guns
Level 2 - create gatling whit 100 hit points, 15-20 damage and 600 range. max 6 gatling guns
Level 3 - create gatling whit 150 hit points, 20-25 damage and 600 range. max 9 gatling guns
Level 4 - create gatling whit 200 hit points, 25-30 damage and 600 range. max 12 gatling guns
gatling guns are not immune to magic and thay do not have armor
Mana Cost: 30/35/40/45
Cooldown: 10
Framework: like gatling gun from warcraft

Battle Station (S)
S.U.B.A. can transforme in to a big tank for 30 seconds. casting time 2 sec
Level 1 - S.U.B.A. gets 600 range chaos attack, 500 HP, 15 armor. but he lose 25% movement speed.
Level 2 - S.U.B.A. gets 600 range chaos attack, 1000 HP, 20 armor.but he lose 35% movement speed.
Level 3 - S.U.B.A. gets 600 range chaos attack, 1500 HP, 25 armor. but he lose 45% movement speed.
becouse of his big armor and hp he loses movement speed.
Mana Cost: 250
Cooldown: 90
Framework: He is big dwarmen siege engine.

Reminds me of Hangar or whatever from Monster Rancher, his first attack. However the hero is a little sketchy. Need to be more considerate to how he develops, I think you should make the "Battle Station" move more reliant on his stats than a solid armor and hp.

Ulti is imba.. coz the hp it gives is way to high...
