a 20% chance to release a 200 damage Chain Lightning.

if u for have like razor and ur normal dmg are 80-100, when u release the chain does it only release 200 dmg or 200dmg + ur normal dmg so about 300 dmg ?

it'll deal your damage + 200 spell damage before reduction.. meaning... lets say your average damage is 90 dmg per hit... + 150 damage... so you'll deal 240 damage every time it triggers

the chain lightning won`t do more dmg than it`s supposed to do...

Take a look, once the attack animation reaches the target, the chain lightning appers, think of it this way
Attack happens
Then you cast chain lightning.

It is just chain alongside your attack.
otherwise it wouldnt make sense

Nothing changes in the pace of your normal attack when chain lightning triggers.

So, damage adds up.
