EoS Stacking Question

While I know EoS stacks with ranged heros orb effects, does the slow effect stack with Traxex's Frost Arrows?

If so, does it stack with diminishing returns?

If it's an obvious, noob question, I apologise in advance.

Nope, both Skadi and her arrows are buff placers so they will not stack. But I have wanted to put Mjollnor on her and not lose the slow so I was thinking of also putting Skadi to replace the Frost Arrows I won't be using cause of Mjollnor =]

No... The Frost Arrow completely changes your attack, so you're not going to get any real benefit from making Skadi... Just the stats, but that's not even nearly worth 7000+ gold...

EoS slow directly stacks with Frost arrows slow, but they don't stack on the same attack.

If you manual cast frost arrow, then attack with EoS, the unit will be slowed by 60%. If frost arrow is in autocast, frost arrow will override EoS.
