How many of u think the new spectre kinda sucks with the changed dispersion?

THe old dispersion was way better off as he being a fragile hero it added a lot to his survivabilty and was imp in getting kills. His illusions having dispersion too which made his ultimate look like a real ultimate.

Its really tough for spectre to kills let alone farm as his dagger damage is laughable mid -late game , the haunt is good only early game doest make a much of a diff mid-late game and his stats gain is kinda low too. And his haunt is not as reliable as zuez's ultimate with the illusions dealing only 50% damage and no 100% dispersion means less longer the illusions can last , lesser damage and less chances of killing.

I think overall spectre needs to be improved .. base ms increased a lil ..better stats gain or a higher base damage maybe reduced cd of dagger.

yeah, i agree. spectre got weakened again... i can only think of a satanic build for her now. secondary option would be the manta... she's turning out to become like visage.

icefrog's gotta bring back the old dispersion. it's what makes spectre scary. either that or increase the damage or bonus ms from spec dagger, stat gain and base damage. maybe even increase ulti's duration for another second.

Well, the old disperse was really imba. You can literally take on an entire team. Plus if lina or lion ulties and you disperse that...

i dont play specter much like once a month or so. and ive ceen her take whole team's w/ disperson and like 2 good items. for me its better but overall she worse

i dunno. i still don't like it. personally, in all my games with spectre, i haven't dispersed a laguna blade or finger of death ever. 16% is low but it should be enough. i doubt icefrog's gonna return the old dispersion though. oh well. time to move on.

i know that the old disperson was epic it HAD to be changed for the sake of balance. but i jst dont get is why BACKTRACK wasnt changedo or nerfed.

It is unfair that backtrack wasn't nerfed as well. But I think it was the damage return that was the problem. Could have just removed damage from dispersion and left it after that.

I for one, don't...
The old spectre had THOSE moments, you know, Dispersing Laguna Blades, Morty's crits, etc., but asides from that, that evasion DID NOTHING for you, you just had to be (really) lucky...
Just play her like you would the old Visage (HoT), but only that you get a little images to play in team battles...

I agree that Spectres old Disp was way too IMBA. But sadly it was what made Spectre. :[

New dispersion has its uses. I've killed ck while on hlaf health coz of it. The most anoying thing is that it seems to cancel with armour. Armour reduction, dispersion, thier armour reduction then actualy hits them. Whatever damage they do to you it reduced, 20% of that goes back as dispersion then reduced again. 1 damage doesn't do anything.

old disperse: xx% chance to deal 100% of an incoming attack in a small AOE around Spectre

new disperse: xx% damage of incoming attacks is dealt in a small AOE around spectre

i hate the new one :P

Spectre was my fav hero...
