Skills:
wind walk[75 mana all lvls, 20 seconds colldown] Turn invisible for a period of time. Increasing movement speed.
lvl 1- 7% increased movement speed last 20 seconds.
lvl 2- 14% increased movement speed last 25 seconds.
lvl 3- 21% increased movement speed last 30 seconds.
lvl 4- 28% increased movement speed last 35 seconds.
Greater Bash[passive][17% chance all lvls]
Hermes focuses the wind on the enemy pushing them backwards and dealing bonus damage as they skid.
lvl 1- 25 bonus damage, 140 knockback distance.
lvl 2- 50 bonus damage, 180 knockback distance.
lvl 3- 75 bonus damage, 220 knockback distance.
lvl 4- 100 bonus damage, 260 knockback distance.
Cyclone- Hermes makes a cyclone, throwing the enemy in the air but rendering them invulnerable.[Used to counter Abaddon's Borrowed time]
lvl 1- last 3 seconds. 140 mana used. 25 seconds cooldown.
lvl 2- last 4 seconds. 130 mana used. 20 seconds cooldown.
lvl 3- last 5 seconds. 120 mana used. 15 seconds cooldown.
lvl 4- last 6 seconds. 110 mana used. 10 seconds cooldown.
ULTI-
Whirlwind-Hermes releases all his anger thus making a rapid whirlwind sucking all nearby enemies and dealing pulse damage. The shorter the distance of the enemy from the whirlwind the greater damage received.Last 5 seconds.
Lvl 1- 100 pulse damage when enemy is far, 120 damage when near.[60 seconds cooldown][150 mana used]
lvl 2- 120 pulse damage when enemy is far, 150 damage when near.[50 seconds cooldown][160 mana used]
Lvl 3- 150 pulse damage when enemy is far, 200 damage when near.[40 seconds cooldown][170 mana used]

Lacks originality, but still nice.
Whirlwind - 1 pulse per second? Too cheap. Only 170 mana? Increase manacost.

Oh my Godddddd, Imagine him teaming up with rasta. I have only 3 words. Imba Imba Imba!!!! cyclone mass serpend ward on that area, 1 down allready, hex shakles and if they try to escape da taaaaaaaaa, instant wirlwind... come back into the wards mofos!!!! Also great idea with the windwalk... sneak in the middle of them and then paf!!! Wirlwind... come and get them my teammates. Great for: chasing, ambushing, support!!! not to mention this guy with a skady buttrefly treads... sweet. I just don't get one thing though. Atack range of 300-mellee? Like isn't that too much for a mellee? Say, if you put twin bashers on him he will get 30% chance to bash not 15% right? Sugested item build: point booster, power treads, then two ultimate orbs, skadi, then go for butterfly and then your choice, 2X creanium basher if you want him to be a stuner, burizze if you want to be a nuker or why not... the guy could also become quite the tank... and stuner because of his grater bash. allthough I would sugest you boost his agi gain per level just a little bit more, say 3,5... to compensate for that 17% chance to bash. Oh and don't tell me it lacks originality. Yes, it uses the same old skills, but it combines them in an unique way. Imagine using windwalk and then wirlwind... like a really major advantage for your team especallw when ambushing... also great chasing abilities... windwalk... get in front, then kapow kapow from 300 range grater bash... go back... come and get him fellows!!! Very versatile hero, great team player but can solo. I LOVE ITTTTTTTT . I want it in the next map!!!! I would really want to play it. It isn't imba by far but it is REALLY USEFULL. Great team player!!!

could work decrease agility increase by0.3 and ad to strength also whats hes base speed and give lots like 320.lots of abilities is rips but stil nice try to change that barathum ability definitly like the concept and plz respond.thx.

Change agl from +3 to +3.2
Change Bash % from 17 to ummm... don't know. (17% is exactly like SpiritBreaker)

First, like others said, lack of originality,
or I should say 'none of those skill is original'.
Second, melee max range is about 150 [it's already too long I think].
Third, 200x5 damages [reduce with magic resistance] for 170 mana?
man... you got to be kidding me.
fourth, 13 * 16 [your mana] is 208 not 235.
Fifth, -ulti- how far is 'near' how far is 'far'.
Sorry if I too rough but the truth is always painfull man.

this is too strong and too unoriginAl.please put more effort and change the mana cost of the ulti.too low.
the cyclone is way too IMBA.now its easy to counter Abbadon.

If u perhaps change the ulti and greater bash to make it more original ( esspecialy the name) then we might have a chance of seeing this hero in dota in the near future!

Wind walk is a complete copy of bone fletcher's skill
Greater bash is a complete copy of spiritbreakers skill.Now,300 range doesnt sound like its meele
you forgot the AS and MS of the hero.
Cyclone needs higher cooldown because u can use it every 4 seconds and enemy cant escape.
Whirlwind needs more mana cost and cooldown cause its a total of 1000 damage if enemy is near (how near?)(how far?)
Well,he's nice but needs a little fixing i think..
