gondar
abbadon
faceless...
etc...^^,

Its for heroes who has a fast aspd but no real chasing skills..
pretty much an all rounder item that boosts a lot of abilities but nothing majorly..
its early/mid game item though, late game its pretty much useless

If you're in it for the slow, I'd get skadi for any hero, even if it costs more.

If you're in it for the MS, I'd prioritize getting BoT first. Then if your hero needs it, I'd get Euls scepter.

If you're in it for the stats, still, EoS.

Its only my opinion, other people like SnY too.

Hmm now that it has both been buffed in 6.50(or was it 6.51) and then nerfed a little now in 6.52, I would probably say it is balanced now. It is pretty much for those agility-chaser heroes...

SnY is a good item however, the stats are making the item early game based, you need survivability early on most heroes, not 10% ms and 16 str

i get s&y on many heroes...mostly str based but also on some agi heroes.

I get it for: lycan, rexx, chaos knight, gondar, riki, axe (yes i build him to chase later on), leoric, nerubian assasin and some more

Some low hp agi heroes can also make good use of the HP boost.
For other heroes you could also only get yasha for 10% move boost at a 2250 gold rate.

the extra ms is a godsend.
all other buffs are soso depending on the hero, a great item

The reason that some people don't like SnY much is that it is like a staple item for new players and as some people don't like to be seen using a 'noob' item as they call it, they don't get it.(this applies to some of my irl friends who are too full of themselves)

I hate the fact that they buffed it, then nerfed it AND increased the price!
Im over it now, except for Barathrum its still worth it for him.
