Damn, this item is ridiculous. I didn't realize how good it was until i got it with every intel hero played.
Just get some bracers and Treads for life (yeah treads is now good on intel heroes) and then run around soloing people. (even killed AM)

what? do you not know what it does?

Well i will explain.

it gives 30 intel, 15 armor.

Freezing Aura: -25% attack speed aura for enemies only.

Arctic Blast: deals 200 damage in a fairly large AOE and slows 40% for 4 secs

The slow is what does it.

Imba as hell for the 4700, ridiculous to have that much int gain + slowing aura + freezing blast, makes casters have sooo much more time to get off combos, i.e. rhasta

Picture rhasta with this and refresher. Shivas Blast, disable, wards, refresh, disable again (if need be), wards, shackle for ult domination. They wouldnt be be able to run away, ever

Yeah dude shiva's guard is one perfect item for lesherac the tormented soul because the slow would be perfect for lesherac to run after his enemies and pulse nova them and if they get to far ahead he can use artic blast and slow the enemy and go after him again. And the plus 30 intelligence would be go for his mana and damage to and also the plus 15 armor is another perfect for him because lesherac is kind of a intelligence tank cause he probably would need to blink and do diabolic edict plus his ulti and it would do devasting damage to the enemies and if he doesn't have the plus 15 armor he might die before he can start dealing

but it is good actually especially with th chasing heroes and for melee heroes but bad news for str heroes that is melee

HAHA yes. OMG he is imba with it. I didn't get any item to start and just went straight for shiva's guard. Damn just button mash all your skills and they will die. its so easy any noob can do it.

when i first saw this ive immediately though of the perfect hero for this..

enchantress...that's like 90% slow plus the aura 25% =115% slow not including the arctic blast.. now enchantress is a hell stronger tank in this way..

115% slow isnt much anyway, she still can be taken down by spells...
