Axes ulti

so...i was wondering, if im lvl 6 axe, u see lion on 270 hp. does my ulti kill him, or does reduction come out? Confused

Culling blade always kill if he has low enough HP, no mather off reduction or anything else. it even goes through abaddon's borrowed time. thats what makes the ulti so good

Instant death. I think it deals the maximum amount of damage in the game when they're below the required amount.

What about Culling Blade vs. Dispersion, or Culling Blade vs. Backtrack? Does it go through BKB?

culling blade deals 100dmg on lvl one but if enemy has lower than 300 hp kills instantly
lvl 2 daamge 200 but if enemy has lower than 450 or something kills instantly
lvl 3 deals 300 but if enemy has lower than 625 kills instantly. get it?

It creates a dummy unit that deals like infinite damage..thus you can say it deals the most amount of damage..

Culling Blade cannot be evaded. Dispersion, Evasion or Backtrack can't save you from Axe's ulti.
