Description:
The arcane runes inscribed in his blade disrupt the flow of mana in those it strikes, dispersing magical protection. Surging mana into the sword turns the weapon to that of pure magic, allowing the spellblade to handle it with ease and strike beyond the tangible and damage the enemy's lifeforce directly.
Note: Cannot reduce resistance below 10% with this skill
Level 1 -
Passive:Reduces enemy's magic resistance by 0.8% per hit. Succeeding hits
stack. Magic resistance returns to normal after 5 seconds of not
being hit. ORB EFFECT
Active: 15% attack speed bonus, damage reduction of your attacks are based
on magic resistance instead of armor.
Level 2 -
Passive:Reduces enemy's magic resistance by 1.6% per hit. Succeeding hits
stack. Magic resistance returns to normal after 5 seconds of not
being hit. ORB EFFECT
Active: 25% attack speed bonus, damage reduction of your attacks are based
on the target's magic resistance instead of armor.
Level 3 -
Passive:Reduces enemy's magic resistance by 2.4% per hit. Succeeding hits
stack. Magic resistance returns to normal after 5 seconds of not
being hit. ORB EFFECT
Active: 35% attack speed bonus, damage reduction of your attacks are based
on the target's magic resistance instead of armor.
Level 4 -
Passive:Reduces enemy's magic resistance by 3.2% per hit. Succeeding hits
stack. Magic resistance returns to normal after 5 seconds of not
being hit. ORB EFFECT
Active: 45% attack speed bonus, damage reduction of your attacks are based
on the target's magic resistance instead of armor.
Framework: The enemy would have a blue orb above its head
(like Curse of the silent) when under the orb effect.
When activated, the model's sword will glow blue during the effect.
Induced Suffusion(hotkey=f):
Ability type: Activation - AOE Effect
AOE: 450(self at center)
Cast time:0.5 sec
Mana cost: 110/125/140/155
Duration: 2/3/4/5
cooldown: 12/12/12/12
Description:
The spellblade saturates the surrounding area with mana, then realeases the accumulated energy in a damaging blast. Mana around affected enemies also saturate, causing spells to be more reactive.
Level 1 -
Deals 85 damage and increases spell damage by 8% for the effect duration.
Level 2 -
Deals 150 damage and increases spell damage by 16% for the effect
duration.
Level 3 -
Deals 210 damage and increases spell damage by 24% for the effect
duration.
Level 4 -
Deals 275 damage and increases spell damage by 32% for the effect
duration.
Framework:
After the 0.5 sec cast time, a blue wave ripples out from the spellblade. Enemies hit would have a blue mist during the effect duration.

Ability type: Target - Ground, AOE Damage

AOE: Linear - 250 width

Duration:15/20/25/30
Cooldown:10/10/10/10
Description: The Spellblade sends a wave of energy to damage enemies. The spellblade's mana lingers on the enemies, tagging them. When the spellblade casts another spell, the lingering mana resonates with the runesword,pulling tagged units towards him. Tag is dispelled after pulling a unit. Pulls units in a 1500 range.
Level 1 -
Deals 100 damage and tags units for the effect duration. Pulls units a distance of 150.
Level 2 -
Deals 170 damage and tags units for the effect duration. Pulls units a distance of 185.
Level 3 -
Deals 230 damage and tags units for the effect duration. Pulls units a distance of 220.
Level 4 -
Deals 290 damage and tags units for the effect duration. Pulls units a distance of 255.
Framework: Blueish wave effect. Tag - a debuff in which the character is knocked back a distance towards the spelblade when the spellblade casts a spell.
Kindle Mana(hotkey=d):
Ability type: Target - Enemy
Range: 600
AOE: none
Mana cost: 250/400/600
Duration:4/5/6
Cooldown:100/80/60/50(scepter)
Description:
The spellblade focuses mana around his blade and thrusts it toward the enemy, sending a surge of concentrated energy to the enemy. The sudden contact with the energy body causes the mana in the enemy to become unstable and combust. The enemy's body is crippled by the large amounts of combusted mana.
Level 1 -
230 damage and 100 mana burned.Enemy MS/AS is reduced by
[mana burned/9]% for the effect duration.
(Scepter) adds 50 damage and slow modifier is reduced by 1
Level 2 -
340 damage and 200 mana burned.Enemy MS/AS is reduced by
[mana burned/8]% for the effect duration.
(Scepter) adds 100 damage and slow modifier is reduced by 1
Level 3 -
450 damage and 300 mana burned.Enemy MS/AS is reduced by
[mana burned/7]% for the effect duration.
(Scepter) adds 150 damage and slow modifier is reduced by 1
Framework: Spellblade thrusts his sword, then a blue projectile (magic missile) moves towards the target. On impact, value of mana burned appears over enemy's head(like mana burn). A blue fire(ignite effect) on the enemy during the slow duration.

I think not.
Very detailed, new concept.
I just have a question:
Runeblade - Passive that can be toggled to have an active effect? And also, the magic resistance reduction should have a cap.

Magic Resistance can't go to the negatives anyway, what other spells do is incerase magic damage. I guess maybe a nerf will do. This is practically chaos damage, so i guess it merits one. Thanks for pointing that out.
Well, runesword is supposed to be as you said, a activatable ability with passive bonuses. Hopefully this is possible, but if not, I might change the skill's framework. I could also leave it as is(it is after all, a dream hero).

I also remebered that I don't have the base regen rates. Is this calculated or assigned?
