Is it worth the effort?

I’m not sure if this has been addressed already, so bare with me.
I believe that if you place a ward in the spawning locations for neutral creeps they will not spawn. (If I am incorrect please let me know) Would it be worth it if you are scourge(for example), playing bottom lane, to kill each of the creeping spots in the south woods and place a ward in the camps: at around lvl 7, and refreshing them for the rest of the game?
The enemy team would be unable to farm their woods at a cost of 400 Gold every 6 minutes. Your thoughts please.

There is a limited number of observer wards and it takes a long time to refresh. I doubt you could cover them for the whole game even if you were willing to pay.(btw ive tried that strategy with weaver using his watchers but they dont seem to work, although im pretty sure observers do stop creeps from spawning.)

ya I think if you place a ward there they won't spawn or if you have vision in that sight also.

It would be a waste to use wards there. Use wards at junctions and places like that where you can see people coming from different directions just by planting a ward.

It's a waste... There's more than 1 spot to creep and wards have long time to refresh.

no because the biggest time for them to creep woods is if someone decides to jungle early game until they get to around lvl 7 so it would be bad timing, and then even after that if you spend 400 gold every 6 minutes i doubt that it would even pay off for you to lose time farming to buy wards and to set them just so they lose some gold.. and it might turn up that the other team doesnt even want to kill neutrals that game... which is really often
