BoT stop creeps?!

What do you think about BoT stopping creeps?
No ending time set.
I don't know / care 50% [ 8 ]
It's ok i guess. But i'd rather have it Removed! 18% [ 3 ]
It's Great! Enemy gets no exp! 31% [ 5 ]

Why does Boots of Travel stop creeps?
And also is this good or bad?
I was just reading DrifterZ Guide for Venge. where he mentioned this. (I knew this a long time ago but never thought about it)
So the question is. Should we remove the creeps stopping when teleported to or shall we keep it?
As some people mentioned: "it rly fun in -wtf mode when you just teleport to all your creeps so other team gets no exp..."
[This is a good example for fixing -wtf mode in a previous thread i posted. But lets not get carried away!]
So guys what you think? Post /reply /argue /eat icecream...

U stop 1 creep every(potential) 90 seconds. That won't turn the tide in the game oooh. Who cares about 1 creep being stuck anyway? It'll die later

it can serve as an escape tool for your allies if they in the brink of death
it depend on your skill to use meathook

who would care if it just a single creep?if the whole wave of creeps in the lane stop,then it would be a big problem...

nah it's fine the way it is.
stopping a creep will just make that wave weaker which allows the enemy to push into your base. so doing that on -wtf mode is a bad idea unless you want to get raxxed lol.
besides, if the creep kept on moving while this happened, they could die and you would end up just wasting your teleport and have to wait another 90 seconds to use it

there is nothing wrong with it stopping creeps, sometimes it is useful, ie your creeps are following someone in the forest and you tp, from then until the creep dies, you have a useful place to teleport without arousing suspicion.
really creep stopping problem lies in sprout as it stops the creep you target, in the first creepwave you can take out almost all of your creeps, setting up a level and bringing them closer to your tower.

I think it should be fixed because it would create a congestion of creeps which could be saved for a later time in the game.
It's just not normal so it should be fixed.
I bet it's a pain in the backside to program though.
WHO CARES OF IT"S NOT AN INTERESTING TOPIC if its there, you gathered the effort to type something you might as well answer it.
