lineup problem..

lineup problem..

hi guys i need some advice how to defeat the other teams lineup let me explain its a melee match and a no vanguard rule and our lineup contain the following: abbadon,sven,broodmother,spirit breaker and alchemist and the other teams lineup is: raigor,axe,skeleton king, void and ursa

T_T need help before saturday midnight...

and the mode is only -ap..

Take out Alchemist on your team and take NA.

Just Bust out some BKB's and Blade Mails.

You'll be fine doing that.

You can get Manta Style for one of your heroes to deplete Skeleton King's Mana OR Use Magina.

pushing-let brood mama push with herself, while you on the other hand push the other side (always consider raigor and void when clashing)

ganking- let bara initiate the gank while others wait for him.

lane- brood - void
axe- abaddon
sven- sking
raigor- alchemist (do you really have to chose alchemist?)
ursa- bara

things to consider- one of them will definitely rush for dagger either raigor or axe.
void is a late game monster try to gank him a lot. never feed axe too.
apothic shield always on brood when clashing (brood's kinda paper when clashing)

They have 2 dominators,
Scen and Brood,
I dont think there is a need for abbadon,
alchemist is a good hero...

KEEP.
But abaddon is a....

well there are better heros u could have like Lina or some intel, Tinker?

@ Ganksta its only melee :/

I say youll do fine however YOU MUST OWN EARLY GAME. Dont let axe get to mega tank status, dont let void start owning, dont let Ursa farm or get kills and dont let SK level!
Raigor is early gamer so just avoid his fissures by being out of trap positions

uuhhhmm its a all melee match... and the lineup is set and cannot be change.... the only problem is most of their hero is the counter against our hero >_< abbadon vs axe, raigor vs brood, sven vs sk, spirit breaker vs void and alchemist against ursa >_< the clash will be our death!!

Try to get Magnus, Centaur, Rooftrellen and SK, you'll win the clash if your combo is done well, I promise

if you can pick raigor, go for it, you lineup would be, leviathan, raigor, treantprotector, magnus and sven

leviathan is also a viable solution

Abaddon's Borrowed Time would likely suffer from Axe's Culling Blade

i only said if you can,

if not, change it to barathrum, you have no problem on clash, because you have treant magnus and leviathan, magnus and sven can kill them all, just buy 1-2 fury/ies

bradwarden is also viable..you need tanks late game..
try levi,brad,sven,balanar and treant....

treant and balanar has disable
sven, levi and brad has stun
balanar is a good chaser
brad.levi and treant are tough tanks...
levi is very useful in team ganks
sven is a viable pusher because of GS

need is say more?

not the melee heroes i'd consider in an all melee match-ups..

your team compared to the other team has:
lesser disables
lesser aoe
unholy aura
No Darkterror (Late Game Dominator)
No Raigor (Defensive Purposes)

i'd say you're chance to win with you're line-up is minimal, so it will all depend on your skill level and team coordination.. and luck as well..

heroes to keep:
Sven - has a precise stun.. GS for quick kills, cleave for clearing creep waves... Toughness aura, this is really good for all melee team..

other heroes are less important or productive in 5on5 melee.

heroes to be considered
Leviathan - this hero has a ridiculously wide AOE stun, can tank creeps and some heroes as well. not item dependent..

Magnus - another powerhous, a 4 sec stun.. a free cleave and can buff self or teammates for 60% damage bonus..

Anub'arak - if its melee, one has to be the assassin, i mean 40% return damage, stun.. MANA Burn..

Yurnero - why? well all melee, close range to Blade Fury, melee's have difficulty destroying healing wards if placed far away..

Slithice - Sleep, push... Ensnare, kill.. that's all there is to it..

Mangix - Anti-DPS, anti-permabash.. Great survival skills..

Tiny - two AOE's, one anti-melee skill, whole lotta pounding..

Purist - having a healer, supporter gives a team a greater chance, since most melee's don't have nukes. Guardian Angel works best..

Rexxar - come on.. its Rexxar, Axe, Roar, Slow, Axe.. Scout.. he's like one of the most versatile heroes in dota..

Davion - ultimate equals - cheat... SPLASH SLOW RANGE.. possibly a tank with a long stun skill..



tips:

don't use you're favorite heroes, use you're best heroes and the heroes which are best used with you're heroes..
