Why can't I watch replays?

It says this replay is for a different version of Warcraft III.
What version? How do I get this version? How do I post replays? Why am I picking my nose right now? lol just kidding. thanks in advance Laughing

This kind of thing is so stupid. The answer is right infront of you and you dont even know.

UPDATE YOUR WC3! Visit the Blizzard Hompage or connect to battle.net and the game will automatically update itself.

(I recommend this link for people who use GGC)

uummm ... my Brother said ... is that maybe your Warcraft patch is 1.20 .. and maybe the replay that you are trying to watch has a patch of 1.21

Thats the most common problem, people have 1.20 & the replay is from 1.21. You need to update & then of course have the relevant map in the right folder.
