This is another hero idea from Shadowinks, hope you like it.

STORY
When Kimmuriel was born, he was said to have a bright future due to his special ability: psionisicm. He could send thoughts to others, read memories of others and damage minds of others with horrifying thoughts from his being.

However, his bright future was ruined when his home was destroyed and his family killed. Apparently, the scourge had learnt of his abilities and decided to use it for themselves. From then on, he was trained personally by the lich king, and used his power as a weapon against the sentinels.


SKILLS

1. Decriptify
Kimmuriel implants a hideous thought in his enemy's mind, reducing mana and reducing armor. There is a 20% slow with each level. Armor reducement and slow lasts 10 seconds.
Level 1- Reduces 50 mana, 2 armor reduced.
Level 2- Reduces 100 mana,3 armor reduced.
Level 3- Reduces 150 mana,4 armor reduced.
Level 4- Reduces 200 mana,5 armor reduced.
Cooldown:20/20/20/25
Mana Cost:75/80/85/90

2. Kinetic Barrier
Creates a barrier on a target unit that absorbs damage for a set amount of time. When the barrier expires, all recieved damage will combust, dealing 150% of the recieved damage.
Level 1- Barrier lasts for 3 seconds
Level 2- Barrier lasts for 6 seconds
Level 3- Barrier lasts for 12 seconds
Level 4- Barrier lasts for 15 seconds
Cooldown: 40/40/40/40
Mana Cost: 160/160/140/140

3. Mind Manipulation
On every attack, Kimmuriel will damage the target's mind, lowering mana and stunning the opponent for 0.5 seconds. Orb Effect
Level 1- 5 mana with each attack
Level 2- 10 mana with each attack,
Level 3- 15 mana with each attack,
Level 3- 20 mana with each attack

4. Mental Alteration
Kimmuriel besieges the minds of nearby units, permanantly turning all enemy creeps into friendly creeps. It also does a moderate amount of damage to nearby enemy heroes. Can control a max of 10 creeps.
Level 1- 500 AOE of creeps, 100 damage to heroes.
Level 2- 700 AOE of creeps, 150 damage to heroes.
Level 3- 900 AOE of creeps, 150 damage to heroes.
Cooldown: 180 all lvls
Mana Cost: 300 all lvls

Skills:
1. This only depletes mana right? Not burn? Then it is very underpowered. Increase armor reduction per level and add a constant 20% slow. Armor reduction and slow last 6 seconds. Similar effect instead of slow may be added.

2. If skill 1 is underpowered, this is overpowered. Super aphotic shield, if you will. The wording implies all damage is absorbed, pretty low mana cost, cooldown the same as duration. Needs fixing.

3. Weak feedback orb(except that it's ranged). Antimage Burns 64 mana per hit, along with high AGI. Again, no feedback damage, since you just lower their mana. Boost or remake.

4. Hmm... take over a creep wave... Add timed life, so you cannot just gather 30 creeps and push to the base in one stroke. Add 1/1.5/2 second stun to heroes or burn a percentage of their max mana. 90 seconds timed life is enough time to crush a tower and damage the next. Add a creep control cap as well. 7/14/20 creeps.

Stats:
Lacks Hp, Mana, Armor, MS, base AS, Base Damage. Boost STR gains to 1.5, reduce INT gains to 2.8. It's okay to go slightly above or slightly below the average total stat gains. Needs the extra STR badly, or else suffer from abyssmal HP. Hp=(base STR*19)+150 Mana=base INT*13. PLease provide missing information.

Flavor:
Punches holes into opponents brain. Dominates whole waves with mind power. good times.

Overall:
Skills need some fixing, INT support in the making. Would have everyone buying arcane RING(stupic arcane orb sharing the same word as arcane ring and vice versa) to keep their mana intact.

Sorry if I sound demanding. It is your hero, after all, so you are free to choose what and how your skils work. Suggestions are just, well, suggestions. Good luck with future ideas too. I'll pass by again on your next one. BTW, why don't you try testing out the new hero builder?
