how to put texts in pictures?

nid your help with dis i dont know if this has been discussed but i looked in the search but didnt find any i made a search that took onli 1 minute haha. if this has been discussed can you direct me to a link.
p.s i want the kinda advance than paint

use the upload button to upload a pic and "put texts in pictures" away. Use advanced builder if not satisfied with the standard one

You can easily use photoshop if you have it.

If you want photoshop you have to pay for it in less you use an illegal torrent or something similar. Paint.NET is similar to photoshop but free and you can download it at http://www.getpaint.net/download.html#download
