Lion or lina?

These 2 seem to be very similar in terms of skills but, which one is better? Mad

Lion.

Why?

- He got a stun.
- Mana drain, u always have mana and can harras ur enemies all the time.
- Hex good for u and ur team.
- Ulti, lol who doesnt fear 500 dmg at lvl 6?

i like lion's stun better. but i like lina's ulti more.

Lion is better in 1v1 and teambattles.

He got an extra disable, which lina doesnt have and he can aim his stun more easily so in terms for having lane control i guess it is Lion. Eventhough if they both buy HoD Lion his disable will win the match for him.

Personally, I like Lion better. Their ults are very similar, with Lions a tad better early game and Lina's better late game. I think Lion has very good early game spammability with his spells because of mana drain. Late game, I like Lion better as a support because of hex and his stun, though Lina can be played as more of a dps with Ultimate.

Just my opinion, but I think Lion is more useful all around :P

I thought so as well. I prefer lion with his easier to aim stun.. But lina has two 250+ nukes and one of those even has a stun. And because of this she can farm for items better too. what about that? also who has more life and armor and Movespeed etc.?

Actually you could just check that but whatever:

Lion

+1.7 str gain
1.1 beginning armor
290 MS

Lina
+1.5 str gain
1.3 beginning armor
295 MS

Ok lets agree Lina has more arsenal on nukes but she HAS to get her stun right which is not everytime that easy if your opponents know how to dodge her stun. The disable of Lion is still more handy though.

im not sure with the armor and life. but i know that lina has faster movement speed

It could actually depend on a few things, both are great casters, and both could be great supporters (lion with a slight advantage of having voodoo).
But Lina can spam her spells quite often mid-lategame, which she can push pretty good with.

I would choose Lion, because he's got great lane-control early game. And is good at supporting throughout the game.

Lina has more AoE.

Lion has less AoE but better disables.

Lion is better in terms of support, while Lina does more dmg.
