Site Down for 3++ Hours, Sorry!

I learned today that DS went down for 3 hours... All I can say is.. sorry! This whole dedicated server thing is confusing me since it's my first time using it. I'll try to work on a solution to stop this from happening again. If you wanna curse me, flame me, go ahead!! I deserve it. :'(

is this slow connection is due to server?

i tried to go to other sites and it was quite faster than on DS?

I think I might be forced to re-upgrade our server or (God forbid) move to another webhost. I'm so pissed off right now because our new webhost isn't really doing anything to alleviate the situation.

Yep this is getting annoying!But there is no problem for us(for me at least).The thing is that my sleeping pills are over so i must buy new ones...Well,how am i going to w8 for 3 hours without sleeping in front of my computer screen?
Really now,for me it isnt a big problem as i understand that the fixing process of this is a little time-consuming.

Thanks for understanding BA. I've temporarily disabled the hero and item tooltips to see if that can improve the site performance.
