Well, I mean when we are posting (here) there is only a boy to type a post. Anyway, how to insert a picture? I really don't understand. And for the same case, can I put a table (eg. from Microsoft Excel) into it?

well...as for the picture, you can upload the picture to tinypic.com, and then copy the "img" code, paste it into your post, and voila, picture.
The tables, im not so sure about....

@oni: THAT was it...photobucket...I couldnt remember the name, so I went with tinypic lol
as for the tables....if it fits on one page, try takin a screenshot of it and uploading it as a saveable picture...might actually help more that way Smile

Tables? Only works for creating strategies/hero ideas I suppose, for the pics, put [img] [/img] code on the URL.
