Oops! I was afk, what hero to choose?

Hey guys.
Sometimes I join a game, get a sandwich and i come back and the game has started and ppl are already level 2-10

What hero to pick?
What items to buy? (Optional)
What skills to choose? (Optional)

and most importantly WHY? (if you cant say why then please do not comment on this thread...)

IMO!
Lucifer

Learn LVL DEATH!? asap. and stats/ulti
as you are underlvled it is easier to rape your enemies when they are lvl5 and you are 3

Items:
Usual items i think. You will catch up in lvls

IMO nr2
Techies

SUICIDE!
just support earlygame and then leave later as you only will destroy for your team

get a hero who is very good at last hitting, denying and (optional) harassing early game. DENY all the time and keep last hitting and a bit of harassing and u r ready to own.
BTW y r u being afk during a game? it can ruin other's game

i use viper.
i harass enemy.
they go back to fountain.
since they go back to fountain,
i have time to farm

Simple. Pick KOTL and go full support. You dont need lvls anyway.

Supporter who do not need (expensive) items or a high lvl to be effective. Lich and Warlock are good examples.

Come on people, it's not a pointless thread, I'm sure everyone has been afk during the start of a game at least once. Techies is the best choice IMO. He doesn't need levels.

(This is happened to me!)

Game was 30 mins old.

I was afk, and came b and then I ofc picked a lategamer.
SB it was.

I had lots of money to get treads 2x brac MoM and so on.

I even PWNT some fragile early gamers!!111!!!11!

also agree with techies...except they have riki or other ppl ih their team since they can really f*** u up if you are running around in the woods..

I used Earthshaker once when I forgot I was in a game. I was actually just about to go to bed when I opened up the Warcraft tab and saw I was in a game. They were about level 5-6. I come in, go to mid, and help mid gank.

From there I just ran around helping with ganks and by the end of the game I was close to the most geared and the highest level.

=P

I acually barely do this myself.
Maybe done it 5 times my whole time i played Dota.
I often see people do the same thing.
