They who use it just wanna make untouchable worth-er. It means that your aspd is made slower and you have 25% chance to dodge an attack and make aiustha almost invulnerable to normal attack. Besides its aspd boosting is nice.
Anyway, I myself completely doesn't agree with that idea..
